Today’s menu gives you the taste of late summer. The Basil Pesto Bread with tomatoes gives reason to use a lot of fresh basil and fresh garden tomatoes, both of which will soon be in the past. I can’t wait to try the pasta recipe since another of my summer loves is arugula. The Perfect Penne with Arugula and Goat Cheese will be on my table before the week is out.
