What products do you plan to sell at the Rye Farmers' Market? Artists, please list art/craft items, including materials used, dimensions, and retail prices. Please indicate if you have a website, or send at least four photos of your work to sorazi@comcast.net.

What are your space requirements? Each space is 10 x 10. You must have your own tents with weights.

I wish to be a vendor at the Rye Farmers Market and will participate as noted above. I have read the Market Rules and Regulations and agree to comply by those guidelines. I understand that I am responsible for the individual product liability and by checking here I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rye Farmers Market, Market Committee and the Town of Rye from any and all claims due to my product(s) or actions. YOU CAN NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION UNTIL YOU CHECK THIS ACCEPTANCE BOX.

Fees may be pre-paid or paid per day. New vendors may join during the season.
