I understand that I am responsible for the individual product liability and by checking here I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rye Farmers Market, Market Committee and the Town of Rye from any and all claims due to my product(s) or actions. YOU CAN NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION UNTIL YOU CHECK THIS ACCEPTANCE BOX.

Fees may be pre-paid or paid per day. New vendors may join during the season.
